Getting closer to the details

A specification sets out what we need. A factory visit gives us the opportunity to see how those requirements are being put into practice.

During our visits to China, we spend time with our manufacturing partners, looking at materials and discussing the requirements behind our custom specifications. Handling the product and seeing the process helps us ask more informed questions and give direct feedback.
