50mm weld tape is hot-air welded to the banner perimeter to seal every edge — no stitching, no glue, nothing to pick apart in the weather. Stainless steel eyelets go through the tape so the pull-force lands on the reinforcement, not the print.
Sail track is an aluminium extrusion — mill finish or black — that fixes to the wall or frame. Keder is a rubber cord we weld to the whole perimeter of your banner; it slides into the sail-track channel and locks the print flat along every edge.

Solid PVC core wrapped in specialised banner material. It arrives at our shop pre-made, then we weld it to all 4 sides of your banner — ready to slide into the sail track and mount to the wall.

What happens if my artwork is unsuitable?+
Our preflight check flags dimension mismatches, low resolution, RGB colour, missing bleed, and unembedded images. If we spot an issue, we hold production and email you within one business day.
Can it be delivered Australia-wide?+
Yes — freight is calculated automatically in the configurator once you enter a delivery postcode. Newcastle collection is free.
